JEAIBI also recognizes the growing influence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies in academic research and publishing. Therefore, the journal promotes the ethical, transparent, and responsible use of AI-assisted tools while preserving originality, accountability, and human scholarly responsibility.

AI-Assisted Writing and Generative AI Policy
JEAIBI permits the limited and responsible use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools, including generative AI systems such as ChatGPT, Grammarly AI, Gemini, Copilot, or similar technologies, solely as supportive tools for language enhancement, grammar correction, translation assistance, or research support.
However, the following principles strictly apply:
- AI tools cannot be listed or credited as authors or co-authors.
- Authors remain fully responsible for the originality, accuracy, validity, and integrity of all submitted content, including AI-assisted sections.
- AI-generated content must be carefully reviewed, verified, and edited by human authors before submission.
- Authors must disclose the use of significant AI assistance within the manuscript, particularly if AI tools were used for drafting, data interpretation, coding assistance, or content generation.

- The use of AI-generated images, figures, or datasets without proper disclosure or authorization is prohibited.
- Manuscripts primarily generated by AI without substantial human intellectual contribution may be rejected by the editorial board.
JEAIBI supports innovation in scholarly communication while emphasizing that academic accountability and ethical responsibility remain entirely with human authors.
