Plagiarism Policy
The Journal of Entrepreneurship, Advanced Innovation, and Business Impact (JEAIBI) upholds the highest standards of academic integrity, originality, and ethical scholarly publishing.
All manuscripts submitted to JEAIBI undergo plagiarism screening and ethical evaluation prior to entering the peer-review process. The journal is committed to ensuring that all published works represent genuine scientific contributions and comply with international academic publishing standards.
Plagiarism Screening Process
All submitted manuscripts are screened using plagiarism detection software to evaluate content originality and identify potential ethical concerns related to duplication or unattributed sources.
The editorial team may conduct:

- and additional ethical assessment when necessary.
Manuscripts that fail to meet originality standards may be returned to the authors for correction, revision, or editorial rejection.
Acceptable Similarity Index
JEAIBI generally allows a maximum similarity index of:
≤ 20%
excluding:
- references,
- properly cited quotations,
- standard methodological descriptions,
- and commonly used academic phrases.
Similarity reports are evaluated qualitatively, not solely based on percentage values. Editorial decisions also consider:
- citation accuracy,
- context of similarities,
- research originality,
- and potential ethical concerns.
Forms of Plagiarism
The journal strictly prohibits all forms of plagiarism, including but not limited to:
- Direct or verbatim copying without proper citation,
- Mosaic plagiarism or patchwriting,
- Improper paraphrasing,
- Self-plagiarism or duplicate publication,
- Uncredited use of ideas, figures, tables, or data,
- AI-assisted plagiarism or undisclosed AI-generated academic content,
- Citation manipulation and misleading attribution.
Authors are expected to ensure that all sources and contributions are appropriately acknowledged.
Consequences of Ethical Violations
If plagiarism or publication misconduct is identified before publication, the manuscript may be:
- rejected immediately,
- returned for major revision,
- or subjected to further ethical investigation.
If ethical violations are discovered after publication, JEAIBI reserves the right to:
- retract the published article,
- publish correction or retraction notices,
- notify affiliated institutions or publishers if necessary,
- and restrict future submissions from the involved authors.
Serious ethical misconduct may result in temporary or permanent submission restrictions.
