Manuscript Preparation

Language

Manuscripts must be written in clear, concise, and academic English. Selected submissions in Bahasa Indonesia may also be considered for publication.

Length

Manuscripts should generally be between 5,000–8,000 words, including references, tables, and figures.

Format

All submissions must follow APA (7th edition) citation and referencing style. Manuscripts should be prepared using Times New Roman, 12 pt font, 1.5 line spacing, and A4-sized pages.

Structure

A standard manuscript should include the following sections:

  • Title Page – Title, author(s), affiliations, and corresponding author information.
  • Abstract – 150–250 words summarizing objectives, methodology, findings, and implications.
  • Keywords – 3–5 relevant keywords.
  • Introduction – Background, research objectives, and significance.
  • Literature Review / Theoretical Framework
  • Methodology – Research design, data collection, and analytical methods.
  • Results and Discussion
  • Conclusion and Implications
  • References

Submission Process

Manuscripts must be submitted electronically through the Open Journal Systems (OJS) submission platform available on the official JEAIBI journal website.

Before submission, authors are encouraged to ensure that:

  • The manuscript is original and has not been published or submitted elsewhere,
  • The manuscript complies with the journal template and formatting requirements,
  • All references and citations follow APA (7th edition),
  • Ethical research standards and publication ethics have been observed.
